Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic finance team? We are seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to join our clients company and contribute to a wide range of financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your duties will include:
Assisting with the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Managing incoming payments, posting receipts, and reconciling customer accounts.
Monitoring outstanding invoices, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Accurately inputting financial data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date and reliable records.
Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks and contributing to month-end and year-end processes.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Competence in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage 50 or similar).
Prior experience in payroll, accounts receivable, or credit control is advantageous but not essential.
